At Blue Marine Surveying Services, Inc. (BMSSI), we are dedicated to providing top-notch marine survey solutions and services to meet the needs of our diverse clientele. Established and registered in July 2015, we are a team of competent and experienced surveyors known for our efficiency, responsiveness, and reliability.
We offer a wide range of marine survey services that cater to various requirements, such as draft surveys, bunker surveys, condition surveys, and more. Our expertise also includes cargo inspection and monitoring, damage surveys and investigations, seizure and detention assistance, and hull and machinery surveys. We specialize in handling bulk cargo, manufacturing materials, oil and gas products, electronic materials, and other commodities.
COVERAGE
We receive appointments to various ports and areas in the Philippines, including remote areas such as Tawi-Tawi, Sulu, and Dinagat Islands.
Our main office is located in Paranaque City, which provides easy and convenient access to main transportation hubs and various areas without delay.

Pre-Loading Survey
Our pre-loading surveys are renowned for their accuracy and attention to detail. We specialize in nickel ore, coal, and other bulk cargoes, and help vessels determine the condition of their cargo before loading.
Our inspections and tests are carried out in accordance with the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes (IMSBC) Code, and we ensure that only cargo that meets the standards is loaded onto the vessel. Our goal is to protect your interests and ensure that your cargo arrives safely at its destination.
Loading / Unloading Survey
Our loading and unloading surveys are designed to prevent cargo damage, pilferage, and losses. Cargo Inspection and Investigation
